Happy Valley Blast: Wednesdays 7-8am & Saturdays 8-9am @ Happy Valley
Join us outdoors for a morning workout in Happy Valley! Our spin on a bootcamp-style class, incorporating dynamic mobility & full-body interval training, blending bodyweight strength, running-based exercises & plenty of stability work.
Classes are every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 1-2pm (no classes on public holidays).
