Our core classes are designed to work hand-in-hand blending strength, mobility and endurance to build a strong and capable body. Our programmes are built on fundamental training principles; progression, overload, specificity and individualization. Through the concept of small group training, our community stay challenged, inspired powered by dynamic and enjoyable workouts.

Happy Valley Blast: Wednesdays 7-8am & Saturdays 8-9am @ Happy Valley
Join us outdoors for a morning workout in Happy Valley! Our spin on a bootcamp-style class, incorporating dynamic mobility & full-body interval training, blending bodyweight strength, running-based exercises & plenty of stability work.
